Ahead of EURO 2024, Novibet planned a media awareness campaign to promote its sportsbook products. The goal was to maximise incremental reach by centralising their media channels. To achieve this, Novibet consolidated their media strategy through Google Display & Video 360, incorporating display, video, YouTube, and native ads to optimise exposure and boost brand presence.

The Approach

To prioritise reach and minimise overexposure, Relevance Digital Agency consolidated its media efforts into a smart and automated strategy. This approach enabled control over frequency caps across multiple channels, ensuring incremental reach at the same cost. The procedure that was followed included: unified planning, single campaign (unified frequency and automated bidding) and unified measurement.

The Results

By implementing an effective frequency management, Novibet achieved a remarkable 52% increase in unique reach within a month, without any additional costs. Moreover, a Brand Lift Study was conducted with focus on online users’ purchase intent. The results of the study were impressive with +2,8% Absolut Lift and +14,5% Relative Lift.
Novibet plans to expand Display and Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 products to new regions in 2025, including Mexico, Brazil, and Ireland. This expansion aims to unify reach and frequency campaigns, optimize media investments, and enhance brand presence in these markets.
